I will be home soon enough and back into your proverbial loving arms. In the meantime check out this video of this year's Rapha Gentlemans Race. I see a lot of my pals.
I will be sad to leave this wonderful city, but I look forward to returning home to all my mates and my way of life. I told someone I was excited to get back to work and they looked shocked. I told her "if you did what I do and worked with the people I work with... you'd be excited too."
Don't worry, I am still alive. I have been having a great time here in Copenhagen. Lots of bike riding and getting lost. The only bad part is last night my wallet and phone were stolen, but sometimes these things happen. This week is the UCI World Championship race, so I'll be watching that a lot. After that I think I am making my way to Belin to hang out and do German stuff. Das ist toll!
I am off like a prom dress. Well, actually it's 1:20am and I am still packing because, hey.... I procrastinate. Got a problem with it? Didn't think so. Well, now that we got that out of the way let's get to the mushy stuff. Even though I won't be able to write every day doesn't mean I am not thinking of you. I will be thinking of you when I am riding my bike on foreign soil. I will think of you when I am visiting the viking ship museum. I will think of you when beautiful women get into fist fights over who gets to buy me a drink. I have brown hair and darker skin making me exotic in that land and since I am not going to be spending money on booze there because it's insanely expensive, I count on these fist fights to get drunk. Wish me luck!
Oh yeah, this last weekend my bud/long time sponsor from Redbull, Armain, gave me VIP passes to MFNW and this weekend I got to see all kinds of music. I was so stoked to see Talkdemonic because, well... they kick ass, but I was blown away by Ty Segall. Uhhhh.... he fecking killed it.
James Wilson did it again. Super sweet video and the best part is it's all of my friends in it. I make a small appearance on the 1s and 2s. Cutting it up.
Today I stayed late at work to pack up mine and Steve's bikes for our trip. I am so excited... I might puke. Oh, you didn't know that's what I do when I get excited? What, you don't? Huh, weird.
I have been neglecting you, I know. It doesn't mean I don't love you. I am just tying up loose ends before I leave for my 3 week bike adventure in Denmark, so I hope you understand. I will try to write while I am there. In the meantime, jam on this.
I won't be at this party because I leave for Denmark on Tuesday for 3 weeks, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't go. Please support my team and drink a bunch of beer. Hi Five!
This story is a complex one. It's a story of pain, joy, the Chinese love affair, illegal hybrid cat breeding, and the three of us... living the life. I can't tell this story alone because I wasn't the only one in it. All three of us will tell the tale. Maybe a mini series will be made. I don't know..... it's pretty good.
I know you hear me talking about djing a bunch and you may have never heard me. Now, you can. This is an older mix because I haven't had a chance to record anything in a long time.

bummer about the spaces in between tracks, but I don't know how to get rid of them and I am waiting for Jake to come over so we can begin our adventure to the coast so I am not going to put much time into figuring it out. I hope that's cool. What? It's not? Who the hell are you?! You know I hate it when you get like this. Chill out, ok. Just chill out.
Last year at this time Sean and I set off on a glorious adventure, one that will be past down from generation to generation. It was called the Rebel Freedom Run. This year we are back at it and joining us is the one and only Jake Tong. That's right, there are now three of us. Hide your daughters. We are riding to the coast and back in two days (hopefully... Sean is riding a single speed with big tires and it makes me nervous... and when I get nervous I get gassy. Ask anyone on my team pre race. They know.)
