Now that I am not at the bike shop anymore, I don't run into sweet bike stuff as much. Don't get me wrong... I live in Portland and you can't swing a dead cat without hitting some amazing cycling stuff. Honestly, I don't do too much dead cat swinging, but you catch my drift. I was at House of Vintage the other day and I found these gems. I almost bought them and then I realized I don't need more stuff... well, stuff I can't put to immediate use anyway.

Rapha visit
I stopped by Rapha the other day to see my pals and I ran into my friend, Mike, from Knog. The huge Australian was in town for one day spreading the word about their new lights. Everyone was in good spirits... despite what the pictures look like. There they look serious business.

21st Ave Kits!!!
I know Sean and I are no longer at 21st, but we still live that place like it's our own. Sean worked long and hard designing those kits and the 21st logo.... well, all that hard work paid off when we got them from Castelli yesterday. I can't wait to ride in this!
Why are my shoulders wider than Sean's? Because I am a beefcake, that's why.
This is the inside of one of the jersey pockets. A sweet shout out to our pals... Backyard Blam is the yellow dot.

Wheelie Time
They had me right up until they said you couldn't do a real wheelie without one.... looks like everyone I know has been doing it wrong all these years. Shit.

Chrome PDX Grand Opening Party
Oh man!!! Our grand openeing party for our Chrome PDX HUB was a humdinger. We had Baseball Dad and Guatanamo Baywatch blow the roof off this joint with some sweet Rock n Roll jams, tons of free food from Koi Fusion, beers galore from HUB, and last but not least.... an arm wrestling tourney. Personally, I didn't enter because I didn't want to beat everyone, but some people saw my big muscles and challanged me to grudge matches. I beat them all...... Sean, bouncer, top lady, oh... and Slate, all fell to my sheer power. Boom.
Check out more pictures HERE
Me doing what I do best... having a blast.
Baseball Dad!!!! Yes, that's KV
Guatanamo Baywatch killed it!!

Sweetpea Bicycles video
My dear friend James "Jim Jam Babyface" Wilson did it again. He teamed up with our friends Alan and Laney of Closely Watched Trains for the music and our friend Damien as the dude in the video. Nice stache, bro. Jordan's sister, Jen Hufnagel is the lady. Good job guys! Come home, James. We miss you.

Grand Openeing Party!!!
Come in and check out what we've been working our faces off on. This is it! We have a couple of sweet bands, including KV's band, Baseball Dad! That in itself is going to be amazing, but we also have free beer, free food, and an arm wrestling tournement. Don't worry I won't enter so everyone has a chance of winning. Come party with us!
