Sure was good to see Rubin back in action. He has been putting his nose inn the books and using the try hard part of his brain. Now, it's summer and we should be seeing more of him.

I am my own mechanic

I stayed late to put my Rival/Red on my bike. Holy crap. What a huge difference from Ultegra. It seems so much more thought out. The ergo pistol grip on the hoods, the sweet finish on the shifters, the internal cable routing, the different cable routing options are just a few reasons why I love SRAM. Thank you SRAM for making me and my bike cooler.

Best tip?

As you know I like to keep it on the funny side of things. Make jokes. Have some laughs. This is no joke. A customer dropped off a dvd of him starring in some necro porn. See, usually this would be where the punch line would come in, but not in this case. Necro porn, yo. No joke.

I have been reading a lot about the oil spill and it's been getting me down. I searched youtube to find videos to pick me up a little. We went to Ampersand last night for some sweet projector action and I was not disappointed. I had an awesome time. Tom Robinson (not to be confused with the author Tom Robbins)shared his 16mm commercials with us. Most were beer, but there was some cigarette commercials and a couple of coffee ones too. It was an enchanting evening.



I don't drink the 'cohol so I brought sparkling apple cider. No one knew that I was fakin.
