Customer Solutions vol.5: The right way
Steve (a different Steve) came into the shop looking for a Campy Bottom Bracket tool. I told him we could order him one and when he saw the price tag he said "Well, maybe I will just try to make my own." He measured the tool we had in the shop and went on his way.

He came back a couple weeks later to show me the tool he made. Now, I see a lot of shit that customers make, or fixes they rig and most of it seems pretty unsafe or sketchy at best. This time I was pretty impressed, which is a feeling I would like to feel more often.

Hell yeah, Steve.
